Insurance

I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, and Aetna. For other insurance providers, I can provide a superbill that you can submit for possible reimbursement. Please verify your coverage and copay before your first appointment.

Fee

Without the use of insurance, my rate is $125 per session. If you are uninsured and are in need of a lower fee, I have limited sliding scale availability through Open Path. Please check my profile on Open Path for current sliding scale availability.

Crisis Care

I do not provide 24/7 crisis care. If you are in crisis, call 911 or Mobile Crisis at 1-888-573-1006. Click here for a list of additional crisis resources.

Telehealth

I currently offer sessions via telehealth. I utilize a HIPAA compliant platform so you may join securely from the comfort of your own home.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is the foundation of the counseling relationship, and it is the reason why the therapeutic space can be so powerful. How often in our lives do we have the opportunity to truly say anything without risk of judgement or disclosure? Confidentiality is sacred, and I value it above all else. That being said, there are a few exceptions where the law requires a breech of confidentiality. These exceptions are: (a) you direct me in writing to disclose information to someone else, (b) it is determined you are a danger to yourself or others (including child or elder abuse), or (c) I am ordered by a court to disclose information.
